WS is based in Boulder, Colorado, but we embrace flexible working arrangements and welcome applicants from anywhere. Regardless of where you live, we offer 16 weeks of annual paid family and medical leave, matching the standards we’re proud are mandated in our home state.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles. Full-time roles are four days per week, with two weeks of paid leave each quarter. Part-time roles are two days per week, with one week of paid leave each quarter.

Roles at WS and our portfolio companies are tailored to the individual, with a clear list of responsibilities. These responsibilities are pegged to market rates, which are updated and shared with all employees quarterly.

We ensure that every role encompasses enough revenue-generating responsibilities to provide a comfortable living salary for the employee’s location. If the market value of a role’s responsibilities decreases, we guarantee the same salary for the following quarter and work directly with the individual to retrain or upskill as needed to maintain or enhance their earning potential.
